In the fourth quarter of 2024, the UK market saw varying performances among the top fish-themed games on the Android platform. According to Sensor Tower data, these games showed distinct trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.
Fishdom from Playrix started the quarter with a weekly revenue of around $128K, which gradually declined to approximately $108K by the end of December. Downloads fluctuated, starting at about 5.5K, dipping mid-quarter, and then recovering to 4.7K. Active users showed a downward trend initially, from 80K to 55K, but saw an upswing towards the end, finishing the quarter at 81K.
World of Water by StarFortune experienced a slight decline in weekly revenue, starting from $3.7K and ending the quarter at $2K. Downloads decreased significantly from 1.2K to just 76, while active users saw a gentle decline from 5.1K to 4.2K.
Fishdom Solitaire also published by Playrix, maintained a relatively stable revenue, peaking at $3K in late December. There were no new downloads recorded, and active users decreased from 399 to 237 over the quarter.
Octopus Feast from Rollic Games saw a significant drop in revenue, starting at $3.6K and declining to $282 by the end of the quarter. Downloads mirrored this trend, beginning at 2.5K and dwindling to none by early November. Active users also sharply decreased from 4K to just 43.
Finally, Fish of Fortune™ by Whalo showed a modest revenue increase from $886 to $1.3K, with downloads appearing only sporadically.
